Aerial Imaging

DSCF0923

GPS Services utilizes a high resolution digital imaging system mounted in a Cessna aircraft. The plane is flown at a high altitude to obtain an image that has very little distortion. Approximately 1/4 section is obtained in each image. The image is recorded on a computer hard drive that is an integral part of the imaging system. All imaging is done in multiple spectrums of light wave length. This makes it possible to evaluate the crop or soil being imaged in several different modes.

By taking aerial pictures problems like the field in the top picture can be avoided and/or fixed early, so that it will look as fantastic as the field on the bottom.
